To safeguard your investment against potential transit-related wear or handling damages, we kindly ask that you unbox, assemble, and thoroughly inspect your product (including testing all pre-lit light strings) within 3 calendar days of delivery (as verified by the carrier's tracking timestamp).
In the rare event that your product arrives with visible physical damage, missing components, or an out-of-the-box factory defect, you must notify our Customer Care team within this 3-day window by emailing support@shareconn.com. Items with no reported issues within 3 days of delivery will be reasonably deemed to have arrived in perfect, structurally sound condition. Shareconn reserves the right to decline warranty claims for structural or initial defects reported past this initial verification window.
B. Third-Party Platform Purchase & Warranty Activation
If you purchased your Shareconn product through one of our officially authorized third-party marketplaces—including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Shein, or Temu—rather than directly from our official website, your extended warranty must be manually activated within 3 days of delivery.

C. Original Owner Exclusivity
This warranty is strictly non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser who acquired the product through Shareconn.com or an authorized retail channel. Products acquired secondhand, through online auctions, peer-to-peer marketplaces, or unauthorized third-party cross-border proxies are not eligible for warranty services.
D. Territorial Limitation
This warranty policy is valid only for products purchased and operated within the contiguous United States. If a product is forwarded, shipped, or relocated outside of the mainland United States (including international addresses or overseas territories), its warranty coverage becomes immediately void.
E. Proof of Purchase Requirement
When submitting a claim, you must provide a verifiable order ID or purchase receipt from Shareconn or an authorized platform, along with matching billing or delivery records.
3. Exclusions & Voidance
Our warranty is designed to protect your home against structural failures and component defects. It does not cover standard cosmetic changes or issues arising from unrecommended handling. The following instances are excluded from coverage:
- Normal Wear & Tear: Natural fading, minor material aging, or standard holiday incandescent bulb burn-outs over seasons of ordinary use.
- Improper Handling & Neglect: Damages resulting from improper assembly, severe pulling or twisting of wiring, unauthorized alterations, prolonged outdoor exposure (for items certified for indoor use only), or storage in sub-optimal environments (such as high-humidity attics or areas vulnerable to pests).
- Unauthorized Self-Repair: Any attempts to cut, splice, solder, or mechanically alter light strings, hinge frameworks, or power adapters without explicit written guidance from Shareconn customer support.
- Force Majeure: Damage caused by severe weather anomalies, fire, flooding, earthquakes, or electrical surges.
4. Standard Warranty Claims Process
Step 1: Self-Guided Troubleshooting
Before filing a formal claim, we kindly recommend reviewing the Troubleshooting Guide included in your product’s User Manual. Over 80% of minor pre-lit lighting issues can be instantly resolved by ensuring the multi-stage alignment arrows on the trunk connectors are perfectly locked or by swapping the replaceable fuse inside the power plug.

Due to the highly seasonal nature of holiday inventory, if an exact matching part sells out during peak months (November/December), Shareconn reserves the right to manufacture and dispatch the component during the off-season.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Maximum Liability Cap: Shareconn's total accumulated liability for any defective item shall under no circumstances exceed the actual net amount paid (Actual Amount Paid) by the original consumer for the specific product under claim.
- Disclaimer of Consequential Damages: Shareconn explicitly disclaims any liability for incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, secondary property damage, emotional distress due to disrupted holiday arrangements, or delayed assembly schedules.
