Returns (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

Product-related returns (defective, damaged, or wrong item received):
We cover the cost of return shipping. -
Non-product-related returns (change of mind, wrong size/height chosen, no longer needed, etc.):
The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order once it arrives and contact us immediately if:

We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please initiate a return first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the preferred item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.
The item must be in its original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
