We have gotten so many compliments for this new tree this year! It looks great in our living room. You definitely need to spend some time fluffing it out as many here have recommended. It is very realistic compared to our previous artificial tree. Only two issues:1) The base came with a defect and had to be replaced. Puleo was extremely responsive and quick to send a replacement!2) that I've noticed is that the top sits a little loose. It's hard to tell if it's because it wasn't seated properly, and I don't want to touch it with all the ornaments on.I have a feeling that it just needs to be reseated slightly. Otherwise, the tree has been perfect!
