Love this tree. It is beautiful and the options for lights are fantastic. Easy to assmble and take down. We look forward to using this for years to come.
Perfect!I decided not to open up all the limbs this year because I have back problems, but it's still beautiful out of the box
Love the tree! The lights and multiple functions is a great add on. 4 star because I do think it could be a little more full. I almost have it all completely decorated! Overall happy!
Absolutely beautiful tree just received it yesterday. Had to put it up so I made it a Halloween Tree for now, so easy to put up and the lights are awesome I can set them for the mood .
In this picture, I haven't even fluffed it. All I did was put everything together and plug it in. I like that the branch tips look like fresh growth, and the rest of the stem is full and will fluff out beautifully. This is one of those trees that you don't even have to decorate for it to be gorgeous
I bought this to replace our previous tree which was 12' and just had the warm white lights. This is a 9'. My favorite feature is that I can change the lights. Yes, fluffing is necessary and takes a bit but that is true for any fake tree. Here it is just fluffed and lit. No decor yet.
This tree is very nice, looks great and putting it up was easy.
Best Christmas tree we have ever had.
Great tree good quality and beautiful when decorated.
Half would not sync the top half. No matter what you try to troubleshoot. Seller made good with refund. Still, I wanted the tree 100% functioning
Lights stopped working two weeks after I put my tree up. I tried to send back because I'm sorry if I spend that much on a tree it should be in perfect working condition AT LEAST the first Christmas I use it. I was then told that I had to pay shipping to send it back.. Ummm.... EXCUSE ME!?!Thankfully Amazon made it right after contacting them and I wasn't out of pocket the money.
I was surprised, the tree was better than I expected! Easy to put together,Good and full after fluffing limbs.Everyone ask if it was a real tree! Our family absolutely loves it!
Bad customer service. Be aware of their return policy. Tree was not as described. Lookes cheap platstic. Cannot recommend.
Beautiful and full! Love it
This tree is full and beautiful. It was easy to put together and worth the time it took to fluff. This was a great purchase that I'm sure will last a long time.
Fantastic!! But beware if you need help with a 50 plus pound box.
It looks fairly realistic and at a very good price.
This is by far the best quality, most realistic fake tree at an affordable price. I never thought I'd be a fake trees person, but now I'm all in. I'm short and small, and was able to set up the 9 ft tree by myself. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. I really like that the branches are so realistic.
Tree is beautiful- quite perfect actually. The lights were my favorite… until I went to set up this year (year 2) and the lights only worked for 2 days. Shut off in the middle of the night and can't get them to come back on. Very disappointed!!!
This is a decent value for the money. I like all the different lighting options.
Great tree. Especially for the price. Only wish it had a dim setting.
Not as full as I thought by the picture.
The tree arrived without the foot pedal and the adapter. Luckily, the seller was easy to contact and they did send me the parts I was missing. However, once I got the tree plugged it I discovered that the tree does not “twinkle” as advertised, it simply flashes. If you are looking for a twinkle tree this is not the one you want. The tree itself is beautiful and it is easy to assemble.
Every branch has a 8-10 inch tip made of plastic rather than the normal Christmas tree material. The plastic is not at all attractive and detracts from to overall beauty of the tree. the Christmas tree lights which are very attractive do not twiinkle as advertised but flash (all lights on tree go off and on at same time). Overall tree is attractive but just wasn't exactly the tree I expected. There are plenty of lights and they are very pretty and offer a lot of functions even though they don't twinkle. The service offered by Hykolity to correct the problems was exceptional and very accommodating.
We set the tree up for the first time this year after Thanksgiving. The tree itself is good, lots of tips on the branches and fluffs well. After 2 weeks the center section of the lights stopped working. Contacted Customer service, they wanted the order number, which I provided, and no subsequent communication. We purchased a couple strings of lights and made the tree look nice, but it is frustrating not having the pre-strung lights working and the terrible customer service.Jan 9, Customer service contacted me and resolved the problem beyond expectations
